Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Tattoo & Piercing AI mobile application and services (the "Service") operated by Tattoo & Piercing AI ("we," "us," or "our").

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
The Service offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions provide access to premium features including unlimited AI generations, advanced editing tools, and exclusive design templates.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price. The renewal cost will be clearly identified before your subscription renews.
You can manage and cancel your subscription by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase. To cancel, go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your iOS device and select the subscription you want to manage.
If offered, free trials give you access to premium features for a specified period. You will be charged the subscription fee once the trial period ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their App Store refund policy. We do not provide direct refunds. To request a refund, contact Apple Support directly.
You retain ownership of any photos, images, or content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

AI-generated images are created for preview purposes only. The accuracy and quality of generated images may vary. We do not guarantee that generated images will match your expectations.
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Tattoo & Piercing AI and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tattoo & Piercing AI from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

The provisions of this Agreement govern the use of the Application acquired from the Apple App Store. You and Tattoo & Piercing AI hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:
You acknowledge that this Agreement is concluded between you and Tattoo & Piercing AI only, and not with Apple, Inc. ("Apple"), and that Tattoo & Piercing AI, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and the content thereof.
The license granted to you is limited to a non-transferable license to use the Application on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Application. We (Tattoo & Piercing AI), and not Apple, are solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services.
In the event of any failure of the Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the Application to you (if applicable). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Application. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be our sole responsibility (Tattoo & Piercing AI).
You acknowledge that Tattoo & Piercing AI, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the Application or your possession and/or use of the Application, including, but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
In the event of any third-party claim that the Application or your possession and use of the Application infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Tattoo & Piercing AI, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and that upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
